Terms

Prices. The price shown when you book is an estimate. Laundry charged per kg is weighed at our shop, and items are counted; the final price is shown in the app before delivery.

Pickup and delivery. Have your laundry ready in a bag in the time window you booked. If we cannot reach you, we will call and agree a new time.

Cancelling. You can cancel free of charge in the app until the order is picked up.

Care. We follow the care labels. Tell us about delicate items in the order notes. Check pockets — we are not responsible for items left in them.

Payment. You pay on delivery with the method you chose when booking.

Draft terms for the demo service — have them reviewed before launch.
