Privacy

To pick up and deliver your laundry we store your name, email, phone number, the addresses you save, door codes or instructions you give us, and your orders (services, times, prices, payment status, ratings).

Drivers see the name, phone, address and instructions for the orders they are assigned. Staff see your orders and profile to run the service. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Data is stored on our server in the EU (Germany). Your password is stored hashed.

You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account) when you have no open order. Order records needed for bookkeeping are kept as the law requires; everything else is deleted.
